Argus App

If you’re not ready to spend upward of a hundred bucks on a Fitbit One, Jawbone UP24, or other activity tracker, you might try the Argus (by Azumio) as a gateway app. Argus tracks your activity directly through your phone rather than via a separately purchased device. As long as you carry your phone all day long, Argus will watch your movements. You can also log workouts, keep an eye on how much water you drink, and take photos of your food to inspire yourself to stick to a healthy lifestyle.

Fitbit App

The free Fitbit app is designed to work with Fitbit activity trackers and smart scales. Track your DAILY GOALS and progress over time for STEPS, DISTANCE, CALORIES BURNED and more. Use GPS to track your RUNS, WALKS & HIKES. LOG ACTIVITIES like YOGA and WORKOUTS to keep you on track. However, even without a tracker, you can use the Fitbit app to count calories, log your weight, and record other health information, such as your blood pressure and glucose levels. If you do own a Fitbit, however, you can also upload the data it collects to the mobile app via Bluetooth.

WellSteps App

The WellSteps worksite wellness mobile app let users participate in the WellSteps worksite wellness programs. To use this app, your employer must be a current WellSteps customer. Use this app to enter reward activities, complete the personal health assessment, and participate in behavior change campaigns.
